ATO Survey Technology AB will NEVER sell Your Personal Data or collected Data to Third Parties.
ATO Survey Technology AB will only share or disclose Personal Data as described in this Privacy Policy.
This Privacy Policy applies to Personal Data processed by ATO Survey Technology AB. ("ATO Survey Technology AB", "We", "Us" and "Our") when You visit www.atosurvey.se in addition to any sub-pages that are integrated within it (the “Site”); and/or make use of ATO survey Tool.
This Privacy Policy explains what Personal Data We collect through Our Site and ATO survey Tool, how and why We collect it, how We use and disclose the Personal Data We collect and information on how to exercise privacy rights over this Personal Data.
We have also included a section on the processing of Personal Data sent to ATO survey Technology AB from visitors to www.atosurvey.se.
We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time but We will never do so in a manner that compromises Our commitment to respect the privacy of individuals. The most current version of this Privacy Policy governs Our practices for collecting, processing, and disclosing Personal Data. We will provide notice via email to Our Customers and on this page of any material modifications to this Privacy Policy. Continued use of Our Site or Software following the effective date of any modifications will constitute acceptance of the modified Agreement (this includes Our Terms of Service, and Privacy policy).
1. Information about ATO Survey Technology AB
ATO Survey Technology AB is a Swedish company, its headquartered at Ludvika, Sweden that provides online survey software as a service.
2. Personal Data Collected by ATO survey
The Personal Data We collect depends on whether the individual is:
A visitor to the ATO survey Site; or
A Customer (the "User") of the Software.
3. Personal Data collected from a visitor of the ATO survey Site
No personal data will be collected from visitors to ATO survey Site.
On registering data will be collected (Email address, first and last name), the collected data is for the purpose of creating user account. Your data is not used for any other purposes or shared with third parties. It is removed upon your request. The user registration data will be encrypted.
4. Usage Data
When someone visits the ATO survey Site, We may store the name of their internet service provider the date and duration of the visit, and information from the device (e.g. device type, operating system, screen resolution, language, country You are located in, and web browser type) used during their visit. We process this usage Data to facilitate access to Our Site (e.g. to adjust Our Site to the devices that are used).
We temporarily store IP addresses of visitors to Our Site to monitor and track application errors. We will never access these IP addresses without any operational or security need. We automatically delete these IP addresses within thirty (30) calendar days. The legal basis for this data processing is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
We also process usage Data in an aggregated or de-identified form for statistical purposes and to improve Our Site, and Software.
5. Cookies
Cookies are small data files transferred onto computers or devices. ATO survey Technology AB uses cookies to store customer session ID. The cookie will be deleted When the browsing session ends.
6. Contact with Us via email
Visitors to Our Site have the opportunity to contact Us to ask Us questions, for example via the email, where We ask for contact information (e.g. name, email address etc.). We use this data solely in connection with answering the queries We receive.
7. Personal Data collected from ATO survey Customers and Users
This section applies to Personal Data ATO survey Technology AB collects from its Customers and Users of Our Software when making use of ATO survey software.
When someone signs up for an account with ATO survey Technology AB, contacts Our customer support for assistance, We may ask for additional Personal Data such as their name, email address and additional details about them or the organisation they represent.
As otherwise detailed in this Privacy Policy, We will solely process this Personal Data to provide Our Software in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. As a User of Our Software on behalf of a ATO survey Customer that has concluded this Agreement with ATO survey Technology AB, the legal basis for ATO survey Technology AB is to process Your Personal Data is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Please refer to Our Terms of Conditions for further details on signing up and using the Software offered by ATO survey Technology AB.
We temporarily store IP addresses of Our Customers and Users of Our Software for associated performance metrics (i.e. data related to how well Our Software performs) and to monitor and track application errors. We will never access these IP addresses without any operational or security need. We automatically delete these IP addresses within thirty (30) calendar days. The legal basis for this data processing is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
A Customer may delete their ATO survey account at any time. After account deletion, all customer collected data and personal data will be removed from ATO servers, there shall be no second copy made.
The information We collect from Our Customers and/or Users is disclosed only in accordance with the Agreement and the Applicable Law.
8. Communication Purposes
We may occasionally send notification emails about updates to Our product, and legal documents. To the extent required by Applicable Law, We will only send such messages if We have obtained consent in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. In all other cases, the legal basis of this data processing is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
By registering an account with ATO survey you are given us consent to send you product update, legale documents by emails.
9. Compliance and Protection
We may use Personal Data to (legal basis for the respective processing in parentheses):
protect Our, Our Customers’/Users’, visitors’ to Our Site rights, privacy, safety or property including by making and defending legal claims (Article 6(1)(b), (c) or (f) GDPR);
audit Our internal processes for compliance with legal and contractual requirements and internal policies (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR);
enforce Our Terms of Conditions (Article 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR);
protect, investigate and deter against fraudulent, harmful, unauthorised, unethical or illegal activity, including cyberattacks and identity theft (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR); and
comply with the Applicable Law, lawful requests and legal process, such as to respond to subpoenas or requests from government authorities (Article 6(1)(c) or (f) GDPR).
10. Data collected by the customer
All data that is collected by the customers using ATO survey tool, is owned by the customer, and the customer is responsible for protecting the data he collected using ATO survey tool. ATO survey will not use or share the collected data with other third party, the customer anytime has the right to export his data and remove it from ATO survey Technology AB servers, no second copy will be kept on the ATO survey Technology AB servers.
